Tandi is the founder and CEO of PortBridge Capital and is involved in all aspects of the business. She has a track record in a cross-industry range of successful deal conclusions and is focused on working with her clients to develop and implement their growth strategies specifically in the support of strategic transactions.
Tandi leads the PortBridge Capital team and is the SAICA trainee officer supporting the trainees currently serving articles.
Tandi left the corporate environment in 2009 to establish an independent corporate advisory business
Prior to 2009, Tandi worked for 6 years in corporate finance and private equity (within Altech/Altrons’s internal corporate finance team and at Nedbank Capital Private Equity).
Tandi is a Chartered Accountant and CFA charterholder. She served her articles at KPMG Inc, Johannesburg office.
Maria has been associated with PortBridge Capital since 2015. She was the first SAICA trainee accountant at PortBridge Capital to enter into and complete the programme and attain her CA(SA) designation. Her role at PortBridge Capital has evolved since her trainee days, managing a range of professional advisory mandates. Maria also runs the SAICA Training Programme.

Trainee – SAFLog Group
Yolanda joined PortBridge Capital in 2017 and permanently placed as finance manager at one of PortBridge Capital’s client, SA Freight Logistics (“SAFLog”). She is also registered as a trainee accountant in terms of the SAICA TOPP Programme. Since graduating with a Bcom (Tax), Yolanda has spent the last 5 years in financial accounting and business development at SAFLog. Yolanda is currently registered to write her post graduate diploma in accounting. She is a director at SAFreight Logistics and Kiphunyawo (SAFLog’s investment vehicle in Gibela Rail)
Trainee – Chemuniqué
Zama is a trainee accountant in terms of our SAICA TOPP Programme. She is currently studying her post graduate diploma in accounting. Zama is permanently placed at Chemuniqué (Pty) Ltd, an animal feed supplier, specialising in the science of animal production optimisation. Zama is currently responsible for key financial management deliverables at Chemuniqué. Chemuniqué has committed to assist Zama in her venture to take on her CTA studies and the SAICA Training Programme with the intention of one day as a CA - through effective succession planning - Zama will take on a key management role at the company
